"Global climate change represents a serious threat to human society and the environment.

One approach to decoupling economic growth from increased carbon emissions, already worth £40 million per day in the UK, is carbon emissions trading.

My proposal,, aims to help individuals, businesses and government to understand the scientific, economic and practical aspects of the emerging carbon market, and to profit from using the latest technologies and exploiting new business opportunities.

This service will be funded by advertising, and protect and create value for its users.

It will also help to encourage more sustainable forms of economic growth."
